We collect information and content that you provide us, from third parties, automatically when you visit our Platform, or when you register with POSTlaMODE. We collect information associated with your device using cookies and similar technologies. We may also receive information about your location.
Account information and User Content. We collect the content, communications and other information you provide when you use our Platform, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content, and communicate with us and others. When you create an account on our Platform, we collect information you provide us, such as your name, username, address, email address, telephone number, birthdate, gender, interests, and photos. We collect information and content that you submit or post to our Platform, including your photos, comments, reviews, searches, photo notes, modebooks, and discussions.
Networks and connections. We collect information about the people, pages, and accounts you are connected to and how you interact with them across our Platform. We also collect contact information if you choose to upload, sync or import it from a device (such as an address book or call log or SMS log history), which is used for such things as helping you and others to find people you know.
Transactional information. If you use our Platform for purchases, the relevant third-party transaction payments platforms (accessed through our Platform) collects information about the purchase. This includes payment information such as your credit card information (or bank account information), phone number, billing and shipping addresses, e-mail, and other account and authentication information. When you submit your credit card information, we encrypt that information using industry standard technology and implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information from misuse, and do not collect or store that information on our Platform. If that information is collected or stored, it is done so through the relevant third-party transaction payments sites accessed through our Platform to make purchases.
Other platforms. We may receive information about you from third-party platforms that obtain your permission to share your information with us. If you choose to sign-up for our Platform through third-party platform or upload your contacts from your third-party email service, you will be asked to share certain information with us as identified by those third-party platforms.
Other users. We also receive and analyze content, communications and information that other people provide when they use our Platform. This can include information about you, such as when others share or comment on a photo of yours, send a message to you, or upload, sync or import your contact information. If you are a professional or business, Platform users and visitors may provide us with feedback and public reviews about you. If you are a professional or business, we may also collect information about you from publicly available sources and make it available as part of our Platform. For example, we may receive your name and contact information from industry associations and networks in which you participate and display your affiliation with these organizations.
When you access or use the Platform, we automatically collect certain information from your web or mobile browser, including information about how you use our Platform, such as types of content you view or click on, the features you use, the actions you take, the people or accounts you interact with, and the time, frequency and duration of your activities. For example, we log when you are using and have last used our Platform, and what posts, and other content you view on our Platform. We also collect information that your computer or mobile device provides to us in connection with your use of our Platform, such as your browser type, requested and referring URL’s, number of clicks and how you interact with links on our Platform, type of computer or mobile device, browser language, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, mobile carrier, unique device identifier, location, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails we sent to our Users using MailChimp (www.mailchimp.com). This information will allow us to track which emails were opened and which links were clicked by our Users, and will help us with reporting and improving of the Platform.
Cookies are small text files containing a string of characters that is placed on your device, computer or mobile, that uniquely identifies your browser or device. We may use technologies like cookies, pixels, and local storage to deliver, secure, and understand products, services, and ads when you visit our Platform.
The length of time a cookie will stay on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “session” or a “persistent” cookie. Session cookies will stay on your device until you stop browsing. Persistent cookies stay on your computer or mobile device until they are expired or are deleted.
To change or modify your cookie settings, follow the instructions provided by your website or mobile browser (usually located within the “Help”, “Tools” or “Edit” feature). Note that if you set your browser to disable cookies or other technologies, you may not be able to access certain parts of our Platform and some parts of our Platform may not work properly.

We share your information with other in the following ways:
Users and visitor. Through our Platform, others may find you and view your public activity on our Platform, for example, if you write a “review” for a professional or business on our Platform, including through your username. If you are a professional or businesses, others may find, contact, and view your profile and public activity on our Platform. For professionals and businesses, once you make your profile “public” and submit content to us, your modebooks, photos, websites, social media profiles, are viewable and open to comments by others. We cannot control Platform visitors’ and users’ use of any information or content you choose to submit to us and available publicly. You can customize your profile and whether users may view you through your profile settings.
Third-party service providers, Platform partners and advertisers. We work with third-party providers who help us provide and improve our Platform, which makes it possible to operate our Platform and provide services to our users. We provide information and content to vendors and service providers who support our business, such as by providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our Platform is used, providing customer service, facilitating payments or conducting surveys.
When you sign up (create an account) on our Platform we use the information you provide us to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about your account, communicate with you about our Platform, and let you know about our policies and terms. When you use our mobile app or provide us with your cell phone number, these communications include text messages and push notifications. We may ask for your feedback about your experience in connection with our Platform. We also communicate to you tips, offers, and similar services from POSTlaMODE and may feature professionals, sellers, and other businesses on our Platform in these communications. Our Platform also allows you and others to send messages if you make your contact information available for others to contact you outside our Platform. You may change your communication preferences at any time through your settings and you may also opt-out of similar types of marketing emails from POSTlaMODE directly through the email.
POSTlaMODE is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Platform. In the event we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will take actions to remove such information and terminate child’s account. If you become aware or believe that a child has provided us with personal information you may contact us (at email@example.com).
In some regions, such as the EEA, you may have certain rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information. POSTlaMODE takes reasonable steps to ensure that the data we collect is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and up to date. You also can manage your profile and settings within our Platform. However, if you are not a user of our Platform and you want to contact us directly about accessing, correcting, updating, or deleting your personal information, or altering your data or marketing preferences, you can do so at any time by contacting us (at firstname.lastname@example.org). We will consider your request in accordance with applicable laws.
You can object to processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information, or request portability of your personal information at any time by contacting us (at email@example.com). You also can deactivate your profile through your settings.
You can complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal information in relation to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Similarly, if we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We may ask you to verify your identity in order to help us respond efficiently to your request.
